The Javorina GYM product line represents an entirely new segment of applied design for the home. It was created out of a need to introduce movement into daily life, which is a natural part of the body.

A number of experts contributed to the development of the exercise set. One of them is PhDr. Kryštof Kuba, Ph.D., a certified physiotherapist and consultant from the McKenzie Clinic in Kladno:

"My effort and dedication to this project stem from a desire to motivate people to invest time in functional movement, which should be varied and accessible. The oak pull-up bar from Javorina is, to me, an aesthetically pleasing element that should inspire people to start moving in their home or work environment," 

In collaboration with him, a series of exercises was developed as part of the product's creation, aimed at preventing decreased mobility and the consequences of sedentary work.

It’s enough for someone to walk by, feel the urge to touch that beautiful piece of wood, hang on it, and stretch,"

A Fusion of Functionality and Aesthetics

Javorina GYM for home exercise serves those seeking a well-being sanctuary for their tired body and scattered mind. The heart of the product line is the SANA wall-mounted pull-up bar with a support board, designed for relaxation, stretching, and strengthening the entire body. The exclamation mark symbol subtly embedded in its shape metaphorically encourages one to pause and break free from the routine and obligations that confront us daily.

Beyond versatility and functionality, the SANA collection presents an elegant design element celebrating the natural beauty of solid oak. The designer behind the SANA collection is Slovak designer Tomáš Král, based in Lausanne. His work, influenced by Swiss-quality craftsmanship, reflects an attention to detail and a curiosity toward the material and its possibilities. The curved lines of the home exercise accessories directly reference the JURO collection, which Javorina introduced in 2018 (awarded the BIG SEE Product Design Award 2024). Both collections allow for visual coherence and playful combinations.

Sophisticated Technology Hidden in Detail

All modules and elements of the set feature a refined construction, where beneath the perfectly polished oak exterior lies an iron backbone, ensuring the product's high load-bearing capacity and safety. The design is enhanced with magnets, allowing the pull-up bars in the basic set to attach to the support board when not in use. This ensures that only a sleek wooden object is visible on the wall, blending harmoniously and compactly into any space.

The SANA exercise set consists of the wall-mounted pull-up bar, SANA WallBar, with a support board, and two modular pull-up bars, SANA Basic Bars. The full set also includes additional bars, SANA Standard/Large Bar, and a bench, SANA Bench, which can be purchased separately.

The set is suitable for any room and represents an ideal interior accessory, for example, for a home office.
