Lucie Koldová became a renowned Czech designer after studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, where she has presented her projects at international shows in Vienna, Milan, Paris, London and Tokyo. She designs both everyday objects and conceptual objects of desire in limited editions. She is sensitive to finding unusual shapes, focusing on colour and material choices, but also on the emotional level of the product. Currently he works as creative director of Brokis.
Tables and tables with a central cross leg, embodied in elegantly undulating curves, represent a distinctive sculptural gesture. The solid base is visually balanced by a subtle oak top that retains its strength. The cross is often a symbol of the meeting point. The intersection of L. Koldová's creative journey with Javorina has resulted in a heartfelt collection that contributed to the 2019 Designblok award for Best Furniture Collection.
